Bradbury Corner HOA Volunteer Sign-up Info

Purpose:

Bring value to our neighbors and ourselves by volunteering for various projects/tasks without permanent obligation. The more people sign-up for the Pool List the more we benefit without fear of being overburdened. 1-2 hours per year from everyone that is able would-be a wonderful goal.
Encourage people to serve as Board Members, Officers and Commitee Members by communicating to prospective members that their neighbors will be supporting them and knowing they will not have to bear the entire load of HOA duties.

How it works:

Using your task and notification preferences Volunteer Leads will use this Pool List to notify you when an opportunity is available throughout the year. You can choose which opportunities to accept based on your situation at that time. Here are the categories of opportunities:

(A) Communications (update signage, newsletter prep, announcements, etc.)
(B) Errands (food purchasing, Post Office, etc.)
(C) Leading (executing events, providing instructions, reporting to Board etc.)
(D) Office Work (records, stuff envelopes, etc.)
(E) Organizing (text/calling neighbors, project planning, community events, etc.)
(F) Outdoor Work (check landscape/watering, check lighting, holiday decor, empty trash at park, etc.)
(G) Security (check operation of cameras, review video coverage after incident is reported, interface with Law Enforcement, etc.)
(H) Other (no specific category preference)
