Architectural Review (Home Improvement)
Bradbury Corner HOA covenants require approval from a governing committee for the installation of home additions, pools, fences, sheds & outbuildings. To this end an architectural review committee (ARC) consisting of the board of directors and supplemented by knowledgeable HOA volunteer members, serves as a review board for homeowners/members wishing to make changes. The intent is to maintain and enhance the aesthetic quality of the community.
If you are planning changes to the outside of your home, please send an email with project information to the address below. Once your request is received, it will be forwarded to the committee representative who will review/meet with you as needed. Decisions/approvals will be provided in writing (email and/or letter, as appropriate to the project).
